As a Barbr Club barber, you’ll join a curated network of grooming professionals who value quality, consistency, and community. We handle a lot of the business side — client acquisition, scheduling, payments — so you can do what you do best: deliver great cuts and build real relationships.

You get:
A full-time, permanent employed position
Paid a regular monthly salary (up to £27.5k per year depending on experience)
Bonus scheme which brings OTE up to £35k per year

So why is this position so different and what do we need from you?
The difference. We position ourselves in the heart of enhancement. In the places people go to feel good, get energised and socialise. That’s why we are opening in gyms and leisure centres throughout the UK. It’s a perfect fit and the trade is full on.
That’s why we need more barbers with skills for days, to serve the masses. We don’t take first timers, so if you are just out of college sorry my friend this one isn’t for you. But if you have real experience and a passion for your craft keep on reading.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working in salon and will be humble but confident enough to provide exceptional customer service. Creating modern, stylish hair styles for clients should come naturally but speed and precision are also what you are known for.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims and grooming services to our clients.
Be comfortable and enjoy working independently but also love working collaboratively.
Offer advise to clients on product usage, style creation at home and haircare products to maintain optimal condition.
Keep the salon clean, organised and welcoming to clients – making sure those extra products are on show and tempting clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients through excellent communication and customer service skills coupled with empathy and if possible, a little joy.
Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in men’s grooming.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a salon as a barber.
Strong technical skills in hair cutting and styling.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent customer service and communication skills (also known as charm).
A professional and friendly demeanour.
Ability to work shifts including weekends and evenings.
